the latest three new updates about the old bird:
firstly, i've recovered from my illness - somehow (because i just suffered a heart attack yesterday when i saw my two daughters happily shopping in orchard road), although i thought i'll probably take a week to recover.
secondly, i'm suffering from mental illness as i can't think in the right way, i don't do things in the right manner and i wouldn't speak the right things at the right time. i ended up being scolded for things that i didn't meant to do/speak/think - don't ask me why it happens because i don't know.
thirdly, despite the ill-fate that i have, i am still a happy person. because i did the following for the past week or so.

oh, i am glad that i still have the ability to make meiying laugh like nobody's business.
still watching "dou niu yao bu yao" on every monday. zicong and one of the dogs beside shen ruo he (short guy) makes me happy. although the appearance of shen ruo he makes me wanna kick the monitor very much.
still watching "they kissed again" on every monday. i have to admit that joe cheng is nicer with his short hair and ariel lin makes me go, hahahahahaha
that is it, so far so good. i still have a starbucks treat to honour for meiying and melissa, which is postponed after melissa's return from her holiday. i hope that she can find that stussy tee for me (:

CAPRICORN WOMAN

YAWNS
days for the past week has been hectic. i felt that it has been a long time since i last enjoyed a good long sleep.
i haven't ate mama's homecooked food for almost an entire week. totally missed my bed and the comp :D good to be home again! oh and i missed watching the news, i haven't watched any news broadcasting or read the papers for an entire week.
29 nov to 2 dec - sitex IT show.
got to meet really interesting colleagues, not forgetting my two bosses, ah heng and marc tan (dont know why we have to pronounce it as markdan in a super hokkein-ish tone). quite different from what i thought they might be from the beginning. they were those nice people that you will never get to meet in school. got suan-ed super badly by jane, roy and ziyang for the four days. the three boys dont know why begin to name me as lay kim - WTH? met this super random fujitsu guy on the last day and we compared sales. think we had no winner, no loser - sold exactly the same number, if i'm not wrong. hahaha
sold quite a number of notebooks for the four days, boss says considered not bad for a first-timer as a part-time. and our booth the feng shui super bad. lots of sales kanna stolen by the other nec booth in the front. and the packed lunches and dinners were always pretty great. although food are not fantastic (its like what can you expect from lunch boxes right?) but they were all above average standard lah. each meal always got four dishes, yummy! although i'm still jealous of that booth who always had bento packed lunches. hahaha
oh, and mr chow came - who claimed himself as a potential customer.
missed the last train on my last day of work so in the end, had to resort to taking a cab with another colleague. hahaha and when expo shuts its air con after like 10.30, it really felt like you're in an ultra huge oven.
12 hours of work each day can be tiring, plus less than 6 hours of sleep each day adds on to the pain. but seriously, for what i've earned this time, i think its still rather worth it lah - somehow (:
although i have to admit that i've missed out on quite some things due to working. first thing on the list: SLEEPING! also like the steamboat feast with the gang at melissa's place! i know they won't miss me, other than me shelling all the prawns and nagging at them to not mess up the whole place (i'm so sure that they won't really miss point two after all) and i've missed the ultimate family gathering at home on sunday too, urgh ): not forgetting that i've missed two weeks of romantic princess and two weeks of bull fighting, four eps in total so i'm sure going to have a hard time catching up with the shows.
3 dec - 5 dec - 204 chalet
saw quite a number of nanhuarians at downtown east. had fun, missed all the fun with the people. the toilet is as usual, the that ultra mess that no one can describe. as per normal, the bbq food had to be finished up as a punishment for zhong ji mi ma - this time round not as bad compared to last year, not too much leftovers. hahaha
learnt to play slap jack. very proud to present you, ME as the ultra loser. the master jieheng see me and meiying play until kan bu xia qu. lol then the asshole dai di - i was never the king for once. hahaha pathetic lah
only two hours of sleep to endure through 48 hours - quite an achievement. bro was suggesting that i should go for the subaru challenge. he and my sister in law don't mind going there to shield me from the sun with the umbrella. lol
second night was cold - literally. sat near the sea at pasir ris park with rosie and had ultra girls talk for a long long time. then head back to have breakfast at mac with meiying at four. left the chalet at five on the first train at pasir ris with tefu because he had to work in the morning. super crowded lor and it seems that there's a whole lot of people who travel all the way from pasir ris to work in boon lay, amazing.
went home, showered. then slept from 7.30am to 5.30pm straight - ultimate shiokness :D

i feel like i'm studying for o'levels once again. because i'm taking down notes, highlighting key points and memorising stuffs into my head. you guys must be thinking that i'm probably nuts but i'm not. that's what i called, you have to be armed in order to earn quick cash. lol
need to remember specs for four different models of laptops, in four different colours, which look nearly the same, but again, they are not the same, which makes it very confusing.
and i saw pretty interesting people at the training today. in fact they hired quite some people so it makes quick cash for me not so easy after all. everyone also wanna earn their commission right?
oh, daddy was funny. he was saying.
"i may go down and help you buy something so that you can earn some commission."
me: daddy, are you crazy? the cheapest notebook cost $1699 (that is because they're really pretty good, alright?)
dad: hmmm, okay. who knows, maybe i'll still buy so you can earn a commission and a notebook?
me: actually i don't need a notebook now so why don't you just cash in $1699 into my bank account?
call me practical - because i am. hahaha

just finished reading the second volume of meg cabot's queen of babble series, entitled queen of babble in the big city. and seriously, after reading that book i have an ultra strong urge to strangle meg cabot alive right now.
i can perfectly understand that she wants to come up with volume three, four and blah but still, there's no need for making her readers hang in the mid air now right?
damn damn, can she publish volume three tomorrow? So that i can have a good night sleep tonight and i'll get to enjoy a good book tomorrow.
bet you guys must be laughing at me now, you must be saying, "go to sleep now and you will get a chance to read the story in your dream."
and can someone tell me what is wrong with youtube? i felt like i've loaded the episodes of romantic princess for a hundred time (i'm adapting this from pi, since mel says everything pi say, she will emphasize that she had said it for a hundred times) and nothing seems to load well. it will just pause halfway down the show. argh lousy lousy.
sometimes mummy just can't stop nagging at all the random and insignificant things in the house. it gets super irritating. daddy agrees with me (:
job hunting with meiying has been pretty fun. going for the interviews, one after another is kinda funny too.
we won't get cheated, she knows why.

i guess it could be an once in a lifetime thing to have the chance to roam around in orchard road at 4 am in the morning where the road is almost vehicle-less and the streets are soul-less.
it was night safari today to celebrate diana's birthday. i hope that little bird was really happy tonight. and it has been a long long time since we had an outing with the guys, mainly kerong, justin and bright. we all had fun (minus the part that we occasionally got scared by the boys and the random stuff we see)

THE O LEVELS IS OFFICIALLY OVER FOR ME!
right, i know i'm supposed to blog this but, nevermind.
alright, i think i should just go get a job instead of wasting my time away aimlessly. i need to get a job so that i can feed my two daughters so that my poor llb mother don't have to work her asses off typing resumes that only earn her two bucks per resume.
okay, i'm just joking so pi, don't come to me and say, "ni na li bu shuang"
life's been great after o's. i'm almost like enjoying life. hahahaha oh and i just remembered that i have not caught up with episode 9 of romantic princess. lol
yeah and there was a funny encounter that i saw, happening to enna today at bugis. maybe its not so funny after all, you guys know that sometimes i exaggerate a lot. never forget her interesting fingers too, lol
got to know three big shots celebs today and i became their personal assistant who worked without pay. wow, celebrities can be real stingy (not to themselves, of course, hahaha)

it's good to see people around you to be happy because it brightens up your day too.
p.s. good to see my 32 year old brother attached. thank God, he is not gay.
p.p.s. the guy in my house who just got attached, is looking for flats and is planning to save up and get married soon.
wow. the big carrot lying in the home is getting his big fat bump out of the house soon, can't wait man. hahaha
sometimes, you wonder why your life goes through such drastic change. at one point of time, someone is complaining about how fruitless something may be but at another moment, he brings you good news.

who on earth says that i'm totally off and away from this virtual world although the o's are just a mere two weeks away from now? although i'm in reality but still, i think i'm living far away from reality.
the way that i've been studying has been all the same, maybe a little harder that i did for prelims. guess you guys must understand that when you're somehow getting results under your own expectations, you will start to get paranoid and want to do even better. camped at jurong east library with felicia yesterday and meiying for today. saw the seventh and the seven and a half birds there.
oh, how can i forget?
felicia wants to write a book entitled "How to Sustain Your Results Using Monetary Means?"
she asked me will i buy it and i said no straight away. lol. felicia, i said that i will blog, remember?
think o's are driving people nuts. meiying was being mistook for some extraordinary people by some extraordinary people on the street just now when we were on our way home. she's kinda mad at me.
and that sun burnt rosie. she wished that i'm david copperfield so that i can fly and she would be able to talk to me outside her window. wow :D

prelims are officially over. aint worrying about results now. like what i told melissa, what's there is already there so no point worrying and make yourself feel worrier.
the jc and polytechnic people came and talk about their campus today. only managed to hear the jjc and the ngee ann poly ones. because i spent the time when i'm supposed to hear the singpore poly people talk with the dumpling and dumpling's friend. now, i do understand why enna always use code names because sometimes, they're really needed.
so rosie, fangqi, meiying, melissa and i. not forgetting henry from mos burger went to the arcade at taman jurong after school for some post-prelims activity. seriously, i can't get enough of daytona. hahahaha and let me announce that i won rosie and melissa. came in second, after henry who always managed to overtake me last minute, don't know why.
rosie came in third, totally depressed that she had lost to yours truly - me.
melissa came in fourth (or rather, last? lol...) for twice, totally depressed because it was the first time in history.
here's a little achievement for me, isnt it?
daytona, daytona. who wants to treat me for a game or two? damn it, its seriously very addictive, i tell you.
although daytona is very addictive, i would never forget the fact that the damn machine scammed me $1.50 for nothing.
and was hitting bishi bashi so violently today that i had a blue-black in my finger, not kidding you.
mrs tan still thinks that my testimonial is long and she thinks that i've wrote in lots of stuff. true, those stuff are like nothing but rubbish with no achievements at all.

okay, it has been a long time since i last blogged. days have been quite a hectic with tons of revision papers that i never had time to complete and lots of revision work that i never have time to touch on.
but anyway, it's holiday - one whole week of intensive revision for all that one could never miss.
in random order, these are the things that happened to me for the past two weeks. seriously, everyone of us seem to be suffering from stm and this is very bad.
have been out mugging (or rather, camping/picnic-ing) at jw library for some of the weekends & weekdays with rosie, the hard-core all time library mugger, melissa and fangqi and with rosie's soft toys. meet'em.
but anyway, it's holiday - one whole week of intensive revision for all that one could never miss.

went back to to primary school (cps) on last friday. fooled around and got together with these mates.
out shopping with mom on last saturday.
have been out mugging (or rather, camping/picnic-ing) at jw library for some of the weekends & weekdays with rosie, the hard-core all time library mugger, melissa and fangqi and with rosie's soft toys. meet'em.
the new nan hua high school mascot - created by our dearest dead bird, rosie.
a few night revision classes at school where nice rosie's dad will send us all home after that.
had one intensive physics class with mr. chow after school where rosie wasted so much of her youth to buy meiying's wanton mee for her - according to chow.
my ipod nano is now resting in peace at the apple store at wheellock place. now they're giving a new one. thank God that i brought in my nano early after it went into a coma because my warranty actually expires in a week time. imagine the size of the whole in my pocket if i brought it in seven days later?
went out with rosie to bugis on the day where i missed school for medical appointment at nsc.

meiying, felicia and i went to library @ esplanade to study before heading down to the fireworks festival at marina bay. it was overall quite fruitful, just that we were all late when we meet up. was suppose to meet at 3 pm but we were all quite late so the earliest was me who reached at 3.45 pm. studied till around 6.30 pm and we headed to marina square to eat. there was a fatal queue at all the food outlets at marina square and we know that it is definitely going to delay our schedule of watching the fireworks at a good spot, so in the end, we resort to having instant noodles at 7-eleven, after wasting quite some time on deciding what exactly to eat.
felicia was very fancinated by her cup noodles.
meiying enjoying the chilli crab cup noodles with crabs she had specially caught from sri lanka.
ivy came with her friends so decided to take a group picture.
my daughter was definitely infatuated with my tripod that night. this girl wants to prove that ncc had really made her tough that she carried my tripod through the night during the filming of the fireworks to capture a better view.
this was when the event was over. seriously, look at the amount of rubbish left behind. wonder how many marias are needed to clean up this mess.

o'levels english oral examination was (i-dont-know-how-to-describe). i can hardly imagine how fast the whole thing actually ended for me.
guess what, i almost ran my way out of the hall after the exam. okay, maybe i did.
then again, can't wait for saturday!
no, no, no. i can never resist that 15 minute long fireworks display. hahaha i want to join the army and be one of the fortunate warriors down there on the boats setting off the fireworks on singapore river. (bet fangqi, felicia and diana must be laughing their asses off at my great aspiration now)
please enna, please make time for us! you hardly have time for us because of nobody
anyway, it's set. my tripod is coming along with me for that mugging session on saturday. no more problems when it comes to self-timer pictures! yes, i no longer need that inflatable chair and diana's camera box, lol.

melissa and felicia missed school today. chow thought they pon-ed school together again. so is this a coincidence or too much of a coincidence, hahaha no one knows actually. fangqi moved in to stay with me and meiying the nun for the day.
o'levels english oral tomorrow. let's hope that the aircon is cool enough tomorrow and pray hard that the disturbing afternoon rain doesnt come to disrupt my oral examination like for the prelims okay :D

before we met up with rosie, felicia and diana who went to watch the simpsons movie at the grand cathay, fangqi, meiying, melissa and i were at cineleisure watching the jay chou directed movie, secret. it has a nice story plot but sad to say jay chou's acting still you-know-lah. but it still make fangqi cry at quite a front part of the movie and they said that my sniffs were too loud and that was super embarrassing, my apologies.
enna came to join us at around 18:30 when we walked over from ngee ann city to dine at nydc at the wheellock place. good food, yummy food made all of us. evident from the pictures below.
take note of the people behind, that's the queue by the way. guess we really took up too much space and time at nydc that when we left after a whole one hour plus or something, someone from that queue did a small cheer. but that was loud enough for us to hear, of course.

clearly that besides ah dou being the boss, the monkey and the moose which sat behind us, were the stars of the night. these creatures just can't help it but to make friends with rosie, felicia and meiying that night.
i don't know why but these two girls are simply into doing this pose lately.
after melissa, fangqi and rosie left, the niaos, featured above, and i sat down civics plaza in front of ngee ann city to talk. okay, more like a gossiping and sharing of people's secrets session. this bunch of birds are the people that care about me, judging from the fact that they tried to hide some truth away from me because they were afraid that i'll be terribly sad or something or worst, i may cry - according to felicia.
then we talked about our future. the one that doesnt require us to sell tissue paper for 1 dollar in bishan, jurong and johor bahru. hahaha and when we think about not being able to be with with these niaos, all the sorrows come rushing in. i really can't imagine myself sitting in a class without melissa on my right and meiying on my left. what will happen if one day, i sit in my new class and i start to sing to the person sitting on my left, thinking that she's meiying, and all i get in return wasnt lady's usual mocking and laughs then start to hit me but someone else staring back at me, like i was a lunatic.

i guess my computer wants to go home/hell/heaven. the cpu doesnt feel like functioning properly. my monitor is kinda blur (it's new, mind you) and to make it clear and not give me double images (it does, right now.) i've developed the habit of kicking the wires and cables under my desk once in a while to remove the double image. don't ask me how it works, because i don't know.
chemistry common test tomorrow. lucks, everyone!
went to nuh with fangqi today, what a nice friend/daughter am i, right?
her dentist looks nice and friendly. hahaha but well, it doesnt change my concept of dentists being scary after all. oh by the way, he looks pretty young but that is if you don't look at the amount of grey hair on his head. oh and fangqi invited me into the room to see how her dentist manupulated with her retainer. (right spelling?)
then when fangqi is done, we came back, and i went for tuition.
yeah, that's it for today.
i think i'll marry anyone who sends me a filter to block out necessary nonsense from my eyes and ears from this moment onwards.

went to watch harry potter 5 with the girls today, except that felicia wasnt with us because she had got tuition.
enna and meiying think that the movie sucks but i think the whole thing is just quite alright. maybe its because i didnt read the books so that's why lor. guess that's also the reason why i haven't been following the whole show too closely either. i was just watching it, hahahaha like for the sake of watching. then when i was watching to this particular part where i thought i was going to fall asleep any second soon, the movie just happen to end.
so no, harry potter isnt my highly reccomand.
but yes, the upcoming will be the simpsons movie! i think i can really laugh my ass off again :D

i saw my new sumo. it's not as sumo as my old sumo.
awww. i still miss sumo...
today's black friday and guess what happened to me
first: i had an ultra fall on 242 early in the morning and had my back knocked against the door.
second: my tasty prawn noodles at jurong east food court is no longer tasty anymore.
third: my one dollar coin got eaten up by the photo hunt machine at jec.
fourth: i totally screwed up on my geography class test today.
i must heed meiying's advice in the future and that is to stay home on black friday.

went east coast park with the girlfriends yesterday. diana didnt join us :/
my forgetful daughter felicia lee finally found her digicam and yet, she only realised that there isnt a memory card in there when we were at raffles place mrt station waiting for enna. so we came up with lots of crazy ideas but in the end, we decided to just take pictures with our phones. but who knows, in the end we hardly took anything. except rosie, i guess? and we didnt take a group photo ):
enna already blogged so yup, i shall not repeat the whole thing twice, only that i'm repeating the whole incident that started off all because i tried to learn cycling.
anyway, thanks to the kind souls - melissa and felicia who tried to use all their efforts and knowlegde to teach me how to cycle and yet, their hardwork still didnt pay off because i still cannot cycle. so this lousy ahboon down here keep banging into the railings and in the end sort of ruin the bike these extremely helpful friends became bicycle technicians. lol
so fangqi and enna got their hands extremely dirty because of the oil on the bicycle chain that they were supposed to fixed but yeah, it was an unsuccessful attempt. but a kind uncle appeared and helped us with it and settle the whole damn thing within like five minutes without getting his hand dirty. he claimed to charge me five bucks for his service (joking, of course)
when we returned the bikes, the uncle at the rental shop took pity on fangqi's and enna's dirty hands and decided to treat them to some free sand spa. lol
in conclusion, please don't drag me along to pulau ubin if i haven't master the skills of cycling because i don't want to end up like zhou chong qing.
tada, it was a superb day at ecp yesterday (:
fangqi got scammed by us and got herself quite wet. and i was the one attacked by the sandman, felicia, and got the back of my tee a very nice sand mark. hahaha and enna and i can't get enough of justin timberlake's sexyback, lol. rosie is still very emo when she sees the sea, as usual! melissa still as accident prone. she was involved in an accident with enna and had lost a pair of charles & keith slippers. meiying can now cycle and she keeps screaming for mama and chua chua, that's rosie fyi.

RICE DUMPLINGS, RICE DUMPLINGS & MORE RICE DUMPLINGS!
i've spent my entire saturday helping mummy with the rice dumplings. think she made a whole 7kg of them. well, being the failure daughter here, i can hardly get the bamboo leaves folded in the right shape and size and i cannot differentiate which side of the leaf should be in the outside and which should be in the inside. so i cannot wrap dumplings. mummy says that i should only learn it when she dies but hello, who's gonna teach me then?!
anyway, mummy is so nice. there's different kinds of dumplings with the different kind of stuff wrapped inside. they called it the special order and mine is the got extra stuff one. oh, not forgetting that i'm stuffing myself with yummy dumplings everyday but not every meal. hahaha so on sunday, went around with daddy and mummy for dumpling giveaway! sending the dumplings to the relatives' houses. then we went to their favourite place with my aunty - chinatown. lol
it's a happy week because my brother has left for china and he's not going to be back until saturday or so, i guess. here's when i don't need to be hearing his constant on-going naggings. wheeeeee! but i know rosie will say that my atm is gone ):
last week of holidays and my note to you guys is please enjoy while chiong-ing your uncompleted homework :D jiayou, jiayou!
okay, i'm hungry and its time for more dumplings.

sometimes i think i'll rather have dreamless nights. because having dreams every night will create the possiblity of having nightmares. guess what my brother says, he says that it runs in the genes because both him and my mom never have dreamless sleep :/
did cip this week with meiying and rosie at the library so here, adding another eight hours or so to my total contribution. guess i have to go for another couple of times, just in case i still can't hit my 100 hours. because i didn't know if mr. chee is going to give me that full 13 hours for the sports day heats and actual day volunteerism. lol
went to my aunty's house straight after school to deliver my baby nephew's cap. spent my day there, just reached home at 9. it's a long long 157 ride. learnt that my niece is coming back from seattle! finally can see her back from the states (: counting down - just 3 more weeks :D
okay. physics test tmr - sure flunk.

i had two hours of intensive badminton today with rosie, melissa and fangqi. or rather, i had an excessive sweating out session. i almost make fangqi blind because i hit her shuttlecock right at her face. rosie said that i'm not there to play badminton, i'm out there to kill people.
then went to have dinner at kfc with them and medium ice lemon tea they give me is so damn pathetic. they really give me ICE lemon but little tea. okay, but anyway the ice water did make up for it.
and rosie and i tried to disturb mr edmund ng and family when they were having dinner at their coffee table in the living room but it was unsuccessful. maybe we look very insignificant, because having two idiots standing at their open door for so long, none of them inside can see us.
so we went home because we all stink like hell.
on a side note for melissa foo shi ping: you have yet to send anyone of us the pictures, we're all getting very impatient with you already >:(

facts have shown that after fangqi removed her braces, she can't close her mouth.
now, she practically looks like :D don't believe me, ask melissa.
and fangqi wants to watch men in white, i don't know why she's even interested in that movie. sort of lunched with melissa and fangqi at kfc today. oh yeah, pipi got a nike air bag too. melissa's waiting to see the both of us stuck at the door of 96. i was teasing fangqi that she's going to be the first passenger to chiong on board when the door opens to prevent herself for having the same fate as me.
so we sat at kfc and talked about our parents. hahaha fangqi is apparently quite pissed with her father. the way she complained is quite comical. lol we sort of compared our parents, talked about our cousins, nieces and nephews. oh not forgetting melissa and her complex family background?
it was the no-plastic bag day at ntuc today. you can really see the power of singaporeans' kiasuism, trust me.

i'm back in singapore!
firstly, i got to apologise to the guys who tried to get the culture potporri photos from me on friday night via msn. because i was in an internet cafe in malaysia, so i there's no photos with me and that's why i didn't reply to your messages. but if you guys still haven't got the pictures that's in my camera, please do me a favour and bug me again if you ever see me online :D thank you.

it was culture potporri yesterday.
the only regret was that we failed to capture a good group photo with the 204 people like we did two years back. by the way, the place that we were sitting at was good (: pretty worth the ten bucks but well, the concert itself was rather, hmmm, call it disappointing.
this was the only group photo we have. maybe this is creative but yet, its a little pathetic, lol
okay people, don't ask me for the photos yet because i will zip it, together with what that are in melissa's camera, and send it to all of you.
the man of yesterday was miss ng enna. she even got herself a "girlfriend" - justin wee :D
the ladies of yesterday definitely were rosie and fangqi

fangqi is so funny today.
scenario - fangqi went for some ncc stuff so she asked melissa to help buy food for her and this cat got her cai fan with kang kong, cabbage and beansprouts. after a while, fangqi returns.
fangqi: wah, today chi su ah? (vegetarian)
the pi's face was such a classic, too classic! melissa and i really had such a good laugh.
may i add that i think i enjoy sitting next to meiying as much as she enjoys sitting next to me? i'm such a good source of entertainment being her tumbling boon boon today. okay, thank God make her good enough to be a pal for endless gossips and lame jokes - that makes my day in class never too boring (:

THE HOT & RED CHEN FANGQI OF THE DAY
let's forget about the pisai for the time being, hahaha she's already catching lots of different kind of attention, isnt she? she definitely got enough people admiring her beauty, as she has got admirers queueing up for her all the way from jurong to changi. lol!
alright. saturday night was great. talked to many different people online. the mass chat with felicia and melissa was bad because i was way too inactive, according to them hahahaha.
caught up with old friends, chat with them, like jiayi. although quite some years had passed but still it was great talking to her, like nothing changed, like it was still the old times :D so we agreed to meet out to see each other again properly, i guess? hahaha and to chat & gossip again <3
i think its like when you thought that the distance between you and a friend has drifted away for good, it may not be so. maybe if we make an effort, things could have been all the same like it was, couldnt it?
yesterday's mother's day. this is late but, who cares?

alright, apparently i'm the stupid one when it comes to numbers (but not money, lol) so i don't take a maths so here, i'm entitled to two days of holidays when the rest of the hardworking and smart secondary 4 in nanhua population are sweating their asses off, attempting to the killer paper of all times.
so i enjoyed my time to the fullest. hahaha i watched the lake house and the protege, sleep like a pig all the time (rosie has already starting calling me miss pig, wth), finished reading "shopaholic & baby", (anyone else wants to read?) went bugis with daddy on wednesday afternoon and got mistaken as a polytechnic student again ): sian lah, i look so damn bloody old meh?
my brother finally went for his first ever ns reservice today, after being "sick" for like 3 days and got 4 days of medical leave so i finally got the chance to touch my computer. but anyway, think it's retiring soon, she's starting to be very stubborn, like rosie's computer and refused to work. she simply hangs down there. brother was very tempted to get a mac but well, it's hardisk would never be enough so it's really not practically so well, would probably go for a self-assembled one again :D
would be going for a game of badminton with fangqi and mel, maybe rosie is joining us too after her geography paper 1. it seems that everyone is itching for a game since we last played it like two weeks ago.
okay, got to go eat brunch now. i bet the rest of them must be enjoying the air-con in clementi mac and laughing their asses off, suaning me as much as they possibly could since i'm not around. lol i know because i've been having a running nose non-stop since i was woken up by melissa's call at ten.

i only ate five mussels at mos burger today, it was such a miracle. and rosie told me that the set discount for mos burger was only 15 cents. -.- rosie and melissa think that i lacked childhood as well as teenhood, what the hell.
apparently i went hungry again when when i got home so i made myself a pot of campbell soup (mushroom potage) which only made up to three bowls. i finished them all while i watched yu le bai fen bai and xi ling men then i slept from 18:30 to 22:15, until i was awakened by my brother's phone call to ask me if i'm going to school tomorrow. my long sleep had caused my mother, grandmother and i to miss the final episode of the show that we have been watching every weekday night on scv at 9 o'clock. hahaha, because without me switching on the tv, they won't realise its already time to watch the show.
on every friday night, i look forward to the time 11:30 to watch engine on channel u. it's like an engine night. hahaha takuya! meiying say probably young japanese teens today wouldnt know takuya kimura because he's already outdated, too old to fit into their context of today.
when i saw felicia's post about us having mid years for 3 weeks, i see that this mugging is indeed a long process ): no good entertainment for the coming days is no life. i'll see fangqi's long and boring routine day fitting into my weekdays soon.
and it's speech day tomorrow. i hope by attending it, it will motivate me to study better but i think i know, i'll probably end up being all the same.

we call ourselves the nan hua family, so we definitely have to stand up for one another, isn't that right? oh well, being good and nice students like fangqi and i, we had definitely carried out this practice today on the bus on our way home. we fight for our dear member of the nan hua family and let the xiao hun huns of some neighbour school to portray their oh-so-not-nice side of the picture. my brother must have been so disappointed to see such juniors being nurtured out of the school. awwww. its utter sadness ):
reminder people. if you want to scold some not-so-nice words in the public, make sure that you are not wearing your uniform or if you're wearing it, then scold softer. because it really makes your school lose lots of face. and i'm not joking, it simply reflects badly of the school.
and i cant hardly understand why youngsters like to curse so loudly and show their unhappiness so loudly in the public. i wonder is this the new standard of being "cool"? oh God, old people like us don't understand today's youth culture. i must go read more "youthlink" and "in" in the straits times every monday in order to stay young at heart (:

it was the last official sports meet at nanhua high school yesterday ): i'll really miss being helpers for almost all four years.
attending almost every track heats and help out, doing all the saigang, watching people run and pant, cheer for some people using the loudhailer (eg. for jiayi), felicia shouting the command on behalf of chng, the expensive and useless sparkling water that we got, the teasing and the rain and all the fun times. especially being the champion class for c division during the our secondary 2 year, 204'05 will always, always rocks! the brother and sister bonding is something that i'll remember this lifetime [:
yesterday heats was rather meaningful, because its the last time we will attend it as a nanhuarian, as a student helper. hahaha then we did all the lame and funny stuffs and of course, the last official chance for me to scream and shout at the juniors while marking attendance. that was definitely 100% satisfaction :D
so i was really happy yesterday. i had so much fun although our pippi long stocking was angry with me for my missing in action at the side stand. hahaha, sorry pippi for letting u do three person's work for the number tags lol
enna and meiying had a hard time moving the bags. they refused to let us help them in order to prove that they're actually extremely strong but anyway, it just appears to people that we're torturing them or something.

the three things in one day (:
i realised one thing that rosie was trying to tell me on the bus today when we were going home, and that is she is trying to say that i drink too often so that why i don't feel that the liquor was strong in the tiramisu.
next thing is a lesson that melissa taught me, that is never make yourself believe that a train is always safer than a bus as it never breaks down halfway as evidence has shown that they do break down, especially when you're pressed for time.
the last thing is something that my tutor enlightened me today when we were discussing about the korean guy who killed 32 people (is this number correct?) in the university campus/hostel. he either must have gotten himself a machine gun (which is not really possible) or he had super aiming skills to kill 30 odds people within such a short time or not, he must have brought with him lots of bullets to make his killing a success. i wonder what was this man thinking, seriously.

"you're not pregnant, are you? are you sure that you're not pregnant?"
seriously, i have the urge to reply, "yes mdm, i'm certainly not pregnant because i didnt do anything of that sort with the opposite gender before." or i felt like telling her, "do i appear to you that i look three month pregnant?"
i really want to see her response then. but anyway, her question made the entire room's population look at me as thought i'm some alien, if not, then worse.

after black friday. it was 14th the black saturday. it's definitely not a lucky day when you're happily standing at the traffic light, waiting for the red man to turn green, and an ex-schoolmate of yours was doing flag day, then he sees you and finally recognise you. well, not in a good way but as somebody else's **********

someone else shall not be named, ********** shouldnt be mentioned too (: but 14th april is definitely going to be 'marked date' on my calendar from now on.
so melissa and i went to the chemistry class again (: then she made her way down to bugis to meet her mum at a street that she didnt know it even existed. while i went home to get changed first before meeting my lady, meiying (:
she got her mirco SD at simlim square, for a relatively cheap price at $17.50. thanks to me being a regular customer from that shop and after much haggling, that kind shopper decided to give in to me and give me a discount of a pathetic 40cents. okay, that's better than nothing lors. 40cents is still money :D
after that, we set off and toured singapore's shopping district. from simlim square to parco bugis junction, then to marina square then to suntec city, then to plaza singapura and finally to vivo city for dinner. went to fre(n)sh - this is all thanks to melissa's recommandation.

so we ate really slowly. the couple who came in even later than us finished eating and left first. so this can proves how slowly we were eating. then we finally finished eating and took a brief walk in vivo, searching for some shop. hahaha. so we found the shop and had enough fun for the day and here, home sweet home [:
what the heck, this world is so not fair. meiying reached home at around 9:30 while i reached home at 10:15 ):
saturday was alright (: it was homework mugging time and i had homecooked curry chicken, yayness!
and monday was good when you get to slack in four whole periods (: but having monday blues sucks like hell. mid year examinations coming up and it sucks as well. why cant the bloody exams and tests leave us alone. wth wth wth.
