meiying, felicia and i went to library @ esplanade to study before heading down to the fireworks festival at marina bay. it was overall quite fruitful, just that we were all late when we meet up. was suppose to meet at 3 pm but we were all quite late so the earliest was me who reached at 3.45 pm. studied till around 6.30 pm and we headed to marina square to eat. there was a fatal queue at all the food outlets at marina square and we know that it is definitely going to delay our schedule of watching the fireworks at a good spot, so in the end, we resort to having instant noodles at 7-eleven, after wasting quite some time on deciding what exactly to eat.

ivy came with her friends so decided to take a group picture.





my daughter was definitely infatuated with my tripod that night. this girl wants to prove that ncc had really made her tough that she carried my tripod through the night during the filming of the fireworks to capture a better view.

this was when the event was over. seriously, look at the amount of rubbish left behind. wonder how many marias are needed to clean up this mess.


then we left marina bay and went to the front of esplanade where felicia wants to show off her good photographic skills. so here we go, set yourself in the emo-artistic mood and get ready for some good shots.

o'levels english oral examination was (i-dont-know-how-to-describe). i can hardly imagine how fast the whole thing actually ended for me.

guess what, i almost ran my way out of the hall after the exam. okay, maybe i did.

then again, can't wait for saturday!

no, no, no. i can never resist that 15 minute long fireworks display. hahaha i want to join the army and be one of the fortunate warriors down there on the boats setting off the fireworks on singapore river. (bet fangqi, felicia and diana must be laughing their asses off at my great aspiration now)

anyway, it's set. my tripod is coming along with me for that mugging session on saturday. no more problems when it comes to self-timer pictures! yes, i no longer need that inflatable chair and diana's camera box, lol.

can't wait for o'levels to be over, seriously.

i can't wait to meet my bleak future ahead, not so seriously.

melissa and felicia missed school today. chow thought they pon-ed school together again. so is this a coincidence or too much of a coincidence, hahaha no one knows actually. fangqi moved in to stay with me and meiying the nun for the day.

o'levels english oral tomorrow. let's hope that the aircon is cool enough tomorrow and pray hard that the disturbing afternoon rain doesnt come to disrupt my oral examination like for the prelims okay :D

INTRODUCING THE NIAOS OF THE CLAN OF 8

before we met up with rosie, felicia and diana who went to watch the simpsons movie at the grand cathay, fangqi, meiying, melissa and i were at cineleisure watching the jay chou directed movie, secret. it has a nice story plot but sad to say jay chou's acting still you-know-lah. but it still make fangqi cry at quite a front part of the movie and they said that my sniffs were too loud and that was super embarrassing, my apologies.

enna came to join us at around 18:30 when we walked over from ngee ann city to dine at nydc at the wheellock place. good food, yummy food made all of us. evident from the pictures below.

take note of the people behind, that's the queue by the way. guess we really took up too much space and time at nydc that when we left after a whole one hour plus or something, someone from that queue did a small cheer. but that was loud enough for us to hear, of course.

it has been such a long time since this girl with the victory sign spent such a long time with us recently.



say hello to ah dou. although he's a little physically handicapped, he's still the boss of that day.

clearly that besides ah dou being the boss, the monkey and the moose which sat behind us, were the stars of the night. these creatures just can't help it but to make friends with rosie, felicia and meiying that night.

i don't know why but these two girls are simply into doing this pose lately.


after melissa, fangqi and rosie left, the niaos, featured above, and i sat down civics plaza in front of ngee ann city to talk. okay, more like a gossiping and sharing of people's secrets session. this bunch of birds are the people that care about me, judging from the fact that they tried to hide some truth away from me because they were afraid that i'll be terribly sad or something or worst, i may cry - according to felicia.

then we talked about our future. the one that doesnt require us to sell tissue paper for 1 dollar in bishan, jurong and johor bahru. hahaha and when we think about not being able to be with with these niaos, all the sorrows come rushing in. i really can't imagine myself sitting in a class without melissa on my right and meiying on my left. what will happen if one day, i sit in my new class and i start to sing to the person sitting on my left, thinking that she's meiying, and all i get in return wasnt lady's usual mocking and laughs then start to hit me but someone else staring back at me, like i was a lunatic.

uh pls, my future seems bleak.
