it's the chemistry that counts
to me, its nothing else matters but is the way two persons get along. it's not like having two persons to fit into each other perfectly but its how both parties feel about each other and all as time goes along. so i hope he feels the same as i feel too

having some own personal life
gotta know when its time to give each other some space and have a breather, hang out with our own group of friends and family is really important. it's about managing everything, i guess?

mutual understanding
give each other some kind of support when needed and not having to spell everything out in words, because i find it hard to express myself.

keeping things to oneself
dont keep too many things from me. it's good to be able to share certain things with each other and discuss or talk about them. i want share the troubles and happiness together!

have some time together
it need not be regular, just once in a long while will be enough. but contact should be kept with communication devices though :)

home first
having a home-ly guy should be good. (look at mrCHOW) hahahas. it's not easy to find lehs

own mindset
should be able to think from his point of view and perspective? must not rely too much on other people's view and getting swayed too easily.

no pink
i think this is least important when its in 10 years' time. because currently, i sort of detest guys who love putting pink clothes and stuffs on themselves.

i believe the above its just for the fun for it lah. because, you'll never know how you think when the time is ripe so don't think too much about this alright, people! or rather, people always say that when you're really in love with somebody, nothing of those so called 'criteria' matters.
